We currently have about 150 Rainbows attending the Street Party on Saturday 17th July and we would like to make it at least 200 so we have extended the deadline for applications until 31st May 2010.

The afternoon will start at 2.00 pm at Wyvern Technical College, Botley Road Fair Oak, Eastleigh, Hampshire SO50 7AN (you can get directions from their website: www.wyvern.hants.sch.uk) where the Rainbows will take part in a variety of princess themed activities. There will be a short break for a drink around 3.00 pm. It would be appreciated if leaders could help with the activities on the day.
Then at 4.00 pm everyone will be transported by bus to Bishopstoke where they will have a short walk to Lynx Close for the Street Party.
Our two entertainers, Sean the Magic Man and Mike the Balloon Man will entertain the Rainbows whilst they get settled at the tables for tea and then again afterwards. There will also be time after tea for some old fashioned games.
At 6.00 pm the Rainbows will be ready for collection by parents. Leaders will be notified of their exact location for collection once all applications are in as we are using at least two different collection points.
There is a wet weather plan in place and should it be necessary to implement this, leaders will be notified of the exact details by e mail prior to the event.
Toilets will be available at Lynx Close.
