  • Guiding Star win for Samantha
  • New Forest Avon Young Leader, Samantha Laurilla sang her way to success at South West England's Guiding Star finals, held at Salisbury City Hall on 26th May. Singing 'Hurt', Samantha competed against 9 other entries in the 16-25 age category for a place in the national finals, which will take place in Sheffield on 30th June.
  • Natasha Crump from New Forest Waterside Division also gave an excellent performance of 'Breakaway' in the 10-16 age category. The coveted place in the national finals went to Melody - a duet from Hampshire North.
