- As the first audition weekend was not convenient for many and we have received numerous requests about another date, the production team have decided to run one more session as a last opportunity for those talented girls to participate in "Memories of Showtime". Details below.
- Deadline for applications 1st October 2010. Application can be be submitted online below. or downloaded from the left menu and emailed here or posted to Mrs Caroline Wright, 6 Hound Road Gardens, Netley Abbey, Southampton, SO31 5FW Downloadable form on left menu or online below.
- If you are successful in your audition and selected to be part of the cast, you need to return your confirmation slip, with the £25 by Midnight Thursday 7th October 2010. (Non negotiable). Return your application now online by email or by post, if you would like to take part, so that we can add you to the list and we will see you at 10am, on the 3rd October.
- Memories of Showtime is a musical show performed by Brownies, Guides and Senior Section members of Hampshire West.
- The show will run for a week during the Easter holidays, from Tuesday 12th April through to Saturday 16th 2011.
- Seniors will rehearse every Friday evening locally from 5th November 2010 onwards.
- Girls will rehearse every Sunday afternoon locally from the 17th October 2010 onwards, learning new songs and dance routines, then as the show gets closer, the whole cast will meet and rehearse altogether on some Sundays, dates to be confirmed. but also listed on the website:www.girlguidinghantswest.org.uk on Memories of Showtime link.
- The initial cost will be £25.00, to cover costumes and shoes.
- There will be a weekly contribution of £2 towards the coach travel during the week of the show, hire of rehearsal halls and refreshments.
- This second audition opportunity is being held at Quilley School, of Engineering, Cherbourg Road Eastleigh SO50 5EL., on the 3rd October 2010, 10.15am to 12.15. You will be taught a simple song and dance routine and the selection will be based on both disciplines. Standards will be the same as required for the first audition.

- Girls Parent's responsibility - Commitment to get you to all rehearsals.
- Seniors If you are successful in your audition and selected to be part of the cast, your responsibility is to be committed.
