•Establish guiding in new communities

•Provide good quality training opportunities throughout the county
•Increase the number of adults involved in delivering training within the county
•Find out what girls want from guiding.
•Stimulate debate at all levels of decision-making.

•Enable local guiding to operate flexibly to meet the needs of the local community.
•Provide consistently good guiding in all units.

•Develop a marketing plan for the centenary
•Prepare for the future of guiding in Hampshire West.
