To promote a flexible approach throughout the organisation•Ensure that every girl who wants to join Guiding in Hampshire West is able to do so. •Establish guiding in new communities
•Increase the number of adult leaders •Promote the role of the Young leader. •Provide good quality training opportunities throughout the county
•Increase the number of adults involved in delivering training within the county •Find out what girls want from guiding. •Stimulate debate at all levels of decision-making. •Enable local guiding to operate flexibly to meet the needs of the local community. •Provide consistently good guiding in all units. •Look at county structures •Look at county roles and appointments

•Support for divisions and districts to implement Streamline. •Improve communication within the County.
•Create a M&C plan for the county
•Challenge the negative image of guiding. •Provide a series of extra special celebration activities and events. •Develop a marketing plan for the centenary
•Prepare for the future of guiding in Hampshire West. -
